Per Broogan
Per Broogan is the Company Agent and
Manager of De Broers Broogan, DBB, in Port Royal Jamaica.
He is regarded as one of the brighter nephews and a likely future
leader for the Company. He has a reputation for spotting a bargain, but
is perhaps a bit naive and something of a
soft touch in many respects. The Board sent him to Port Royal, a den of
iniquity and licentious behavior to toughen him up.
